How do I book?

Do I need to pre book?

No, but it’s definitely advisable particularly at weekends and before Hydro gigs. We don’t take bookings after Hydro gigs, but please feel free to join us on a walk in basis!

I have a voucher – how do I book?

If you have a Wowcher or an Itison Voucher, you can book directly on their website. Alternatively, please call or email us.

Can I reserve a table outside?

Due to the small size of our terrace, we do not take reservations for our outdoor space

Can I hire SkyBar exclusively?

Absolutely – please contact our Reservations team on  0141 471 1700, option 2, or email reservations.glasgow@radissonred.com

Can I bring dogs?

Dogs are permitted around the hotel and in OUI Bar on our ground floor, but not in Skybar

Are children allowed?

Definitely! All non residents under 18 will be asked to leave by 9pm. Residents under 18 can stay in Skybar after this time when accompanied by an adult. Our events are strictly for over 18s only

Do you have disabled access?

Yes. We have a wheelchair ramp from outside into the hotel reception and a lift to SkyBar.

Do you have car parking?

Yes, our car park is located at the rear of the hotel (drive past the front of the building and turn right). Spaces are on a “first come” basis. Diners can park for free and have their ticket validated at reception for the first 2 hours of their visit and chargeable thereafter.

How long is my booking slot?

Tables are reserved for 2 hours. You may be able to extend this based on availability on the day.

How do I book a large table?

The online system allows bookings of up to 6 – if you have a larger table request, please contact us directly on 0141 471 1687. For tables of 12 or more, please contact our Reservations team on  0141 471 1700, option 2, or email reservations.glasgow@radissonred.com

Can I reserve window tables?

You are welcome to make a request, however due to such high demand for window seats, and table configurations, we cannot guarantee this.
